London's mayor on Thursday gave a group permission to fly a 20-foot-tall balloon depicting President Donald Trump as an angry baby over London when the president visits the city later this month.

Strict rules are in place for the flight from Parliament Square Gardens, with the balloon being tethered to the ground and restricted from floating higher than 30m (98ft).

The ballon will be allowed to fly for two hours, starting at 9:30 a.m. local time, on July 13 - coinciding with Mr. Trump's visit and a "Stop Trump" march in central London, Sky reports.

"The Mayor supports the right to peaceful protest and understands that this can take many different forms", a spokesman for Sadiq Khan told Sky News. However approvals are also required from the Metropolitan Police and National Air Traffic Service. With demonstrations planned outside BBC headquarters and in Trafalgar Square, media will be on high alert as Trump travels through London.

"I didn't hear the howls of outrage, I didn't see the protests in the streets of London back in 2016".

"But following a huge groundswell of public support for our plan, it looks like City Hall has rediscovered its sense of humour", he added in a statement.

The investigation led them to the discovery of the two additional children, both girls, who were allegedly also going to be sold. DPS agents who executed a search warrant at the home found a 7-year-old boy who had been sold to two men, according to KRIS-TV .

The project was founded by a group of protesters describing themselves as anti-fascist art activists, and crowdfunded by supporters who have so far contributed over £18,000.

Another protest organizer, Max Wakefield, says the GLA initially objected to the idea.

In an opinion piece for Metro, the baby's creator, Leo Murray, points out that the balloon will certain have "tiny hands and a malevolent, constipated expression on his face".

No love is lost between Trump and Khan.

The U.S. president is expected to meet with U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May, who came under pressure from opposition lawmakers in late June to cancel President Trump's upcoming visit over his administration's controversial treatment of families caught illegally crossing the border.

Mr Khan and Mr Trump have repeatedly clashed on Twitter, including in the aftermath of the London Bridge attack. He criticized the president over his tweets following terror attacks in London a year ago.
