A man who shot and killed another man during an argument over a parking space will not be arrested or charged, police in the USA state of Florida say.
At the time of the shooting, the dead man's girlfriend, Brittany Jacobs, 24, was sitting in her vehicle in the disabled spot outside a convenience store.
The security footage shows Michael Drejka confronting a driver who parked in a handicapped spot outside the Circle A Food Store.
Drejka responded by taking out a pistol and shooting McGlockton in the chest.
McGlockton was transported to a hospital for life-threatening injuries but was pronounced dead about 4:04 p.m. Thursday, according to authorities.
"McGlockton approached Drejka. He didn't waste any time getting to him, and then he pushed him, but it isn't just a push".
Drejka, who has a valid concealed carry permit, pulls out a handgun and fires within seconds of being slammed to the ground, striking McGlockton in the chest. They don't agree with the Stand Your Ground law that protects Drejka in this case and say he should face charges.

She had just finished up a nursing shift Thursday, and she and her boyfriend, Markeis McGlockton, had a auto full of children, all under age 6. Their five-year-old son saw him, and has reportedly been "not too good" since his father was killed.
In a news conference addressing the incident, Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri spoke about the "Stand Your Ground" law. So it really doesn't matter what I would have done or what anybody else would have done. he's just a citizen, and he felt he had to defend himself'.
The store owner, Ali Salous, told Fox 13 News in Tampa that Drejka has argued with other patrons in the past about parking in the disabled spot.
That action, and the seconds that followed it, have thrust the dispute over the handicap parking spot into the nationwide debate about "stand your ground" laws.
Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law, which was enacted in 2005, allows residents to use force, including deadly force, if they "reasonably believe" they are at risk of death or great bodily harm.
