Crews battling deadly California wildfire slowed by returning winds

It's become the sixth most destructive wildfire in California state history. The Ranch Fire moved into sparsely populated areas, but the River Fire ran through an area with scattered ranches northwest of Lakeport, California.
There are 4,271 firefighters battling the blaze, as well as 369 fire engines, 69 fire crews, 17 helicopters, 125 bulldozers and 84 water trucks.
