Meghan Markle's mother Doria Ragland is reportedly moving to Britain in hopes of living closer to her daughter, who is now the Duchess of Sussex after her May wedding to Prince Harry.

A brand new interview the DailyMail conducted with Meghan Markle's father reveals some astonishing new insights; shaking up the already volatile relationships between the Royal Family and Thomas Markle.

And fuelling speculation she was getting ready for a transition, sources claim Doria now has her own security guard.

This story was first published on Sunday August 12.

Markle has given at least three other interviews since the royal wedding in May, in which he said he talked to Harry about domestic violence and Donald Trump, blamed the royal family for Meghan's "pained smile," described his daughter as having a "sense of superiority", and threatened to "unload" on the royals. She also met Queen Elizabeth II, Harry's grandmother, while having tea at Windsor Castle with her daughter and future son-in-law. Meghan's father was not, as he suffered health complications ahead of the nuptials.

Now, in a brand new interview, Thomas alleges he lied to Prince Harry about the photos at the time, telling him they weren't staged.

July 31: Senate Judiciary Democrats request all available documents from Brett Kavanaugh's time in the White House (2001-2006). And just because it's an election year, it does not mean that Judge Kavanaugh can not - or should not - be confirmed.

Thomas tells the newspaper that the phone call took place while he was recovering from a heart attack. Yes, you read that right.

In stark contrast to Ragland's support for her daughter, her estranged husband Thomas Markle has been making headlines this week again, this time spilling on details of a conversation he had with Prince Harry before the wedding.

Each of Samantha's tweets was directed to Kensington Palace, with the final one saying claiming the royal marriage won't last. Her heir and son Prince Charles, 69 and next in line to the throne, is also very much alive and well.

However, the immediate build-up to the wedding was overshadowed by her father, a former lighting director for U.S. TV soaps and sitcoms, who pulled out days beforehand after undergoing heart surgery. "I don't go on safari", he said.

Meghan Markle doesn't have a big family, and as we all know, her father probably won't be in the running for world's best parent any time soon. I love them. I wish them well.
