The child was with his grandfather near the pool area of the complex when large items - including two vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture - fell close to them, according to the filings, which say the child has experienced anxiety and trouble sleeping since.

Security and police were called to the scene and determined the items came from Brown's place - and the whole thing was captured on surveillance video.

Police reviewed security footage, which showed three women enter the apartment in order to clean it on April 13.

Brown, 30, is accused of throwing multiple pieces of furniture - including two large vases and an ottoman - off his Florida apartment's balcony, almost hitting a 22-month-old child and his grandfather, KDKA-TV reported, citing court documents. A glass coffee table was broken along with other items.

Brown has refused to pay for the damage, according to the suit. One of the vases shattered when it hit the ground - about 2 feet from the child, TMZ reported, citing the lawsuit. He was not arrested, but the complex informed Brown that he was going to be evicted.

Drew Brees passes Peyton Manning's record as Saints beat Redskins
The Saints, at coach Sean Payton's insistence, took a chance on Brees in 2006, and the payoff has been extraordinary. The record probably won't last for long given the state of the NFL's passing rules, but congrats - for now -Drew.

On April 25, Brown called police to report that his black Rolls-Royce was stolen.

"I found the auto", Brown told responding officers. Then, he closed the door and police left.

The wide receiver is also the subject of a second lawsuit from his landlord over damage sustained to the apartment unit. Sternberg claims Brown threw them from the apartment balcony and "Mr".

That lawsuit contends Brown breached the lease agreement by "destroying, damaging defacing the premises, as well as furnishings and appliances" belonging to the plaintiff.

Brown's attorney, Darren Heitner, declined to comment when reached by The Post.
