It appears things aren't going too good right now for Selena Gomez. Several global news reports suggest the singer has suffered an emotional breakdown.

Selena Gomez has checked into a mental health facility after suffering an emotional breakdown, RadarOnline.com can confirm. In August, her one-time best friend and former Disney co-star Demi Lovato was hospitalized for an alleged heroin overdose. But she was reportedly particularly upset upon her second hospital visit and became hysterical when the doctors told her she couldn't leave the hospital.

We hope that Selena recovers soon.

"Selena has been trying really hard recently to remain focused and not let her health affect her", a third insider said.

Earlier this year, Selena took a break from Hollywood to undergo treatment for anxiety and depression.

As fans have pointed out, Gomez has been absent from her socials for several weeks and has made no public appearances. She wrote: "Just remember- negative comments can hurt anybody's feelings".
